I’m still stinging from the heartbreaking loss by the Seahawks on Sunday. It’s going to take some time before I get over it. The good news is that the organization has finally found a franchise quarterback. Despite the loss, the game — and this coming-of-age season — proved to me that Russell Wilson is a leader who will give Seattle a chance at the playoffs for years to come.
A moment after the NFC Divisional playoff contest, while I was still trying to absorb the gut-wrenching loss and emotional roller-coaster of the fourth quarter, I clearly remember watching Wilson on the TV screen and thinking my team will be okay because No. 3 is remarkable.
